PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND ROLE

I started my career working in NYC as their Sales Manager in the World Trade Center . I always enjoyed showing leadership and working with high performing teams. I moved to Charlotte. NC in 1997 and began working in the Financial Industry for Bank of America in eCommerce. I was always ambitious and loved to learn new technologies. I quickly learned I was extremely analytical and loved building KPI dashboards. I worked on the eCommerce benchmarking and strategy which ultimately resulted in what we call “free” Billpay. I decided to learn to code SAS, SQL and UNIX because I wanted to have the power to understand the data that drove my analytical dashboards. This enabled me to have a very rewarding career at Bank of America which lasted 15years and becoming promoted to an SVP in Data Architecture.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND ROLE

I started in the military as a biomedical electronic technician. Happenstance had me crawling around the bolt holes in the Capitol and 6 other Washington DC buildings as a network engineer in the early days of SNA to TCP IP movement. Another chance meeting brought me New York City to help an investment bank optimize the way they manage their technology infrastructure, and I have been working in the financial sector since then.

I lead Enterprise Orchestration and Automation organization and work with my peers, leaders and executives to optimize the way people work and to automate repetitive work where possible and logical.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND ROLE

After graduating from college I worked in retail management then corporate sales for Fortune 100 companies, until one day a colleague said to me, “There’s this job that I think you would love, it’s right for you. You should interview.” 2 weeks later I got the job. 6 months later I was on a plane to the French Riviera. I was able to combine my love for Creativity, Corporate Sales and Traveling into one. I have been in what people call the “Tradeshow” industry since then.

First, I protect my company’s brand identity and integrity. Second, I provide companies with the best solutions to grow their business, and at the same time be socially responsible to our environment.
