Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booked session at no cost.

Cancellations:

• More than 24 hours before session → Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours → No refund.

No-shows: If you miss your session without notice, no refund will be issued.

Service Guarantee: If we cannot deliver your booked service for reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no charge.
