We understand that plans can change. Our refund and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for both students and tutors.

Book The Hour Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Book The Hour (a service of Claim Kin LLC) provides time-based virtual services by appointment. To honor our time and yours, we maintain the following refund and rescheduling policy:

1. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment is not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of your session without refund.
  • If Book The Hour must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or technical issue, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your session for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance:

✅ Full refund to original payment method, or

✅ Full credit applied to future services (your choice)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:

❌ No refund or credit will be issued

  • No-Shows:

If you miss your session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Refunds After Services Have Been Rendered

All sales are final after services have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions or digital deliverables unless there was a service failure on our part.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@bookthehour.com within 7 days of your session so we can address your concerns.

4. Package and Subscription Services

If you’ve purchased a bundle of hours or a recurring service (e.g., monthly hosted family meeting):

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Remaining sessions must be used before expiration or renewal date.
